AddGlow can integrate with your custom authentication system to authenticate users into your community. However, this requires additional setup to ensure a secure and seamless experience for your users. Please contact our support team to set this up.

Caveats​

  • Security: Custom authentication requires careful implementation to ensure the security of user data. Make sure to follow best practices for authentication and data protection.
  • Additional Setup: Custom authentication may require additional setup and maintenance.
  • Loyalty Program: If you are using AddGlow's loyalty program, you may need to do additional work to integrate custom authentication with the program since we need verified emails to redeem points and we rely on your authentication system to verify the user's email.
